I enjoyed it, especially the positive self-talk and creative visualization. John made us write a paragraph about something we wanted to accomplish in terms that we could relate to. I chose to write a paragraph about losing weight and playing better tennis. I wanted to be able to get to more tennis balls and run faster on the court.
